About FORTY Grip Socks
What are grip socks?

Grip socks are designed with non-slip soles to help prevent slipping during workouts such as pilates, barre, yoga, lagree, and at-home training. Beyond the studio, they’re incredibly versatile—ideal for cold exposure and ice baths, cozy days at home, and added traction on smooth surfaces where extra stability is helpful.
Will your socks fit me?

We now offer 3 sizes of socks. This size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size.

FORTY Grip Socks now come in 3 sizes:

SMALL: Women’s 5.5-8

MEDIUM: Women’s 8.5-10.5 / Men’s 6.5-8.5

LARGE: Women’s 11.13.5 / Men’s 9-11.5
How do I care for my FORTY Grip Socks?
  • Machine wash cold
  • Turn inside out
  • Do not bleach
  • Air dry (best) or tumble dry low

Avoid fabric softener—it can reduce grip effectiveness.
Do the grips wear off over time?

With proper care, our grips are long-lasting. We recommend washing inside out in cold water and air drying to maintain grip strength.
Are your grip socks unisex?

Yes! Our designs and sizing work for all genders.
